• Ddownload reserves the right to change the reward program and payment date at any time without prior notice.
• Files smaller than 100KB will not be compensated.
• Ddownload counts only 3 downloads per IP every 24 hours.
• Images/photos will not be compensated.
• Bot downloads will be tracked and reviewed during payout. If discovered, the account will be suspended.
• Hotlinking of images and files is not allowed. Attempting to earn revenue through misleading/unethical methods, such as spamming, will result in immediate suspension.
• All partners must agree to and abide by ddownload's Terms and Conditions, Copyright Policy, and Privacy Policy.
• DMCA Reports: If a DMCA report is received against your uploaded files, you will be notified, and the file will be deleted. If there are multiple DMCA reports, your account may be terminated.
• Files that have not been downloaded will be removed 30 days after uploading.
• While you are requesting a payout, your traffic must be active (you must have regular downloads of current files), meaning you cannot stop your traffic while the payout is being processed.
